Frequently asked questions

Living in Northern Ontario, our communities are built on the strength of skilled trades. Yet mental health and substance use challenges remain widespread—and deeply stigmatized—within these industries. We are here to confront these issues and help break down the stigma.

Our Goal

Our goal is to create safer workplaces by promoting awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging open conversation around mental health and substance use in the workforce. Through education and support, we strive to equip individuals and organizations with the tools needed to recognize challenges early, respond effectively and prioritize overall well-being

Our Vision

We envision a workforce where mental health is prioritized, workers feel safe to ask for help, stigma no longer exists, and workplaces are healthier and safer for everyone.
